Each county is exclusive to one investor at a time. You get every matched lead in your market — no five-person bidding war, no racing competitors to a phone number.

Pre-qualified, opted-in leads

Every match has actively opted in to be contacted (TCPA-compliant), submitted a situation, and is in active selling consideration — not casual browsers.

Fairness pledge required

Every investor in our network agrees to our fairness standards: fair-market evaluation, no high-pressure tactics, honest closing disclosures, immediate opt-out compliance.

What we require

  • Verified proof of funds sufficient to close on properties in your target counties.
  • Registered business in good standing with the appropriate state Secretary of State.
  • Any licenses required for your activities (e.g., wholesaler registration in CT or NJ where applicable).
  • Clean record — no unresolved AG actions, FTC enforcement, BBB F ratings, or regulatory findings in past 5 years.
  • General liability insurance ($1M+) and E&O insurance ($500K+).
  • Agreement to our Fairness Standards.

What we don't allow

Conduct that gets investors removed immediately:

  • High-pressure tactics, fake urgency, threats.
  • Lowball offers without documented comps and repair estimates.
  • Bait-and-switch repricing after acceptance.
  • Sharing homeowner data with anyone without consent.
  • Operating outside your assigned county.
  • Refusing to honor opt-out requests.
